Some sort of meditation could be very helpful. Anger management techniques and techniques for self-regulation would be great too
Hello, I am an English Teacher at an Alternative school in Missouri. Before that I was a YouthCare Specialist at a residential treatment facility for around 5 years. I love speaking with students about Social Emotional learning, anger management, self-esteem, self-efficacy, and overall self-care.
My main message is: by learning to cope with the inevitable daily pains we encounter, we can learn to live happier, more complete lives.
