15 YOE, recently started my first tech PR job at a large, stable company & have been asked to get ~20 SMEs in front of media. Subject matter is not sexy. I lead PR for all of U.S. & have no other PR colleagues. My agency’s budget is 100k/year & they’re spread too thin to hit their KPIs. I feel set up to fail & feel we should be focusing on a handful of SMEs and only our sexiest topics. Any advice on mitigating unrealistic expectations for coverage? I'm a cashier. We just got a new manager, and she's making things really hard for us. She starts work at 4:30am and leaves around 2:30pm, but she still expects us to stay until 6pm and work on the weekends! She gives us really long shifts and doesn't give us much time for breaks. And when we ask her about it, she gets mad.

Changing addresses sucks, why doesn't the U.S. implement a personal "code" based address system?

A friend and spouse recently purchased a home twice the price of ours and took additional amount of loan on top "for paying off other debt." They make less than half what we make and owe three times as much in other stuff (car loans, cc, irs, etc). I'd be so stressed and likely wouldn't have taken such a loan (5.8%) for an even smaller home than ours. Just thinking about it stresses me out tbh.
