Manager asked me to order a phone, but it’s showing ineligible in the technology website. I am a newly joined SS. Called 1800-D ,they said the same thing as on website. Didnt give any other info on asking. Anyone faced this issue?

Just got another rejection... Is exiting to FAANG or MB really this hard? Trying to go tech.. or mbb, but not getting anywhere. In the beginning of my career I absconded 1 company who had 3 years bond and I worked there for 5 months. My pf account is created for that company and it has been closed with reason cessation (short service). After that I worked in 1 company for 6 years and since January I'm working in TCS. Should I mention my first company experience. So far I'm not mentioning it anywhere.

Have you seen women wear ties and "masculine"-looking suits to work? Was it accepted by client and team? I've never worn a tie to work, but when I've worn clothing that had a more "masculine" fit either in grad school or some work environments, I've gotten comments and looks, or sometimes asked (or people gossiped) about my orientation. When I wear more "feminine"-looking clothing, I feel more more uncomfortable and awkward. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Last week team dynamics took a turn for the worst (even tho in each retro the team always commend each other, you would think team work is great). Team members get agitated with each other for being slow. Team members coming across rude and brash (the same ones are difficult to get hold to offer support, time is money is what someone said💰, the craziest was the client accidently sharing her whatsapp screen, commenting on people's feedback to what she was presenting OMG 😲 How was your week?

I have billed 4+ hours today helping a partner prepare a 10 slide PowerPoint for a board meeting tomorrow. Let’s say half of the time was fixing spacing and formatting. I really don’t care as I am billing all of it, but am I wrong in thinking this is unjustifiably too common and a waste of time?
