May I know how is the project allocated in Delloite USI?

So i interviewed and got the role of Data engineer 2 at delloite usi? But I am a Fullstack Software Engineer (Java Spring boot, Python, Reactjs etc)

At the time of allocating projects , do you think there's a possiblity that I can also get into full stack roles? Is there a way I can communicate this with my resource manager once I join to allow me to pick projects from that skill. Or will I only be getting data engineering projects?

I am getting mails to report to office.
My base location does not have a hot seat.

Should this not be the focus from HR side to get a seat allocated rather than pushing employees to report to a random office that have a seat.?

And On top of that we have to take care of our own commute even when we are in shifts.

Why is this unprofessional and unethical behaviour?

Hi fishes, I am a backend developer , my current CTC is 18 LPA. I am looking for new opportunities , I have 2 offers one was 24 fixed and then i waited for sometime and got 34 LPA (32 fixed). From interview perspective, I enjoyed lucidworks interview as the interviews taken by quality people compared to other two companies. But it is a startup.
