Me and my husband recently came to India to get our visa stamped for L1 extension. We received a 221g (yellow slip) and appeared for in person interview. Our visa status has not moved since then and its been a month now. Since both our jobs are in US, we have been extending our leaves without pay. Any body facing the same issue? I know we cant do much when the visa is under processing, but want to know if anyone faced similar wait times?

I’m looking for transitioning to a Product manager profile from current Product Owner profile. What are the typical interview questions I should prepare?

Though I’m SAFe PMPO certified, I believe any company would ask for hands on experience as a Prod M. What can I do to bypass that as my current org doesn’t have any Prod Manager opportunities.

I am a Product Owner with 4+ YOE. I have been in my current role for 4 months and have continuously found that this role and company are not the right fit for me. Looking back on everything they said during the interview process it turns out that the culture, product and role are not aligning with anything we discussed. They have added on responsibilities and I have continuously expressed to my direct manager how I feel.
