Take a step back, and start appreciating everything, from the moment you wake up, thank Jesus that you can breathe on your own, have arms to help you comb your hair, etc etc. It will make you feel a whole lot better! It might not feel like it now bc you’re just going through the motions, but your work is literally speaking for you. When things get hard, your work will hopefully help you get to the next stepping stone. Work hard, step back every now and then for perspective, and keep working hard until you can retire sooner!
Therapy and/or meds? And a job change when you can swing it
Tell your supervisors you have too much on your plate. And if they don't respond in an appropriate manner, there are a ton of other places out there.
Establishing yourself within a firm is important for sure, but if it's not a firm you're confident about long term and especially if you feel like your physical or mental health are meaningfully suffering, you owe it to yourself to explore your options.
If you have more than a year in the job, you can take FMLA leave. Granted, you would need sick days or vacation days to still get paid. I'm just coming off from a 3 month FMLA leave for burn out and chronic stress recovery. It gives you time to process and release and rethink your next steps. If what's causing the situation is your job, you need to find another job, or another department or a change in conditions. good luck!

Therapy. It’ll help you decide where the problem is and equip you to figure out solutions. And a job change doesn’t sound like a bad idea.

I’ve never had that experience and I handle mostly class action work
If you need to, remember you can takw mental health/disability leave. Its an in case of emergency button, but its there for you.
Or……..get a new job…..
