Model and actress here in the state of Florida I am thinking about starting a YouTube channel and possibly a podcast I wanted to know is there anyone out there that can tell me what is the best way to hire someone to edit your videos and what is the best software that is simple to use to create these videos. Should you use a regular camera or a cell phone? I am not super tech savvy and I wanted to know how I can get started and also how I can get some assistance with creating a YouTube channel.

I’m 2 years out of college and have been working at a bank as a corporate accountant. I’m thinking about making a transition from to IB/ more finance oriented role. Any advice?

After being mugged and having my things (including my keys) stolen, I was locked out of my townhome after business hours on a weekend. I was told on the phone when dialing my complex’s after hours number (which is managed by a 3rd party company) that my complex’s policy would let me in for a cost of $100 (as it was after hours). After I was let in, property manager informed me the charge was $200. Is there anything I can do here? This is in Minnesota. Help appreciated!!
