Just had my back to back to back interviews with Deloitte USDC, I felt like my scenario based went extremely well and my behavioral just average. If anyone could provide some insight on how long it took for them to get back to you as well as who makes the hiring decision to ease my mind a bit that would be awesome!

I would really make sure you get hired where you intern unless it’s totally out of your hands for business reasons.
It says they tried you out and you were good enough to hire full time - hugely positive signal to future employers.
The opposite is also somewhat true
Don’t expect an offer to just come...... put that baby into motion! Live, eat, breathe and bleed planning. Fully brand yourself as a planner. Read strategy case studies in your free time. Discuss strategy with other strategists. You have to want it more than anything... and show it. Tell your superiors about your planning passion. Ask their advice and engage in strategic discussions with them. It’ll show them how you think. Entry level planning positions are very hard to come by - hence you not seeing any - but they do exist. Good luck!
Also, network.
