Moms in Canada, how do you manage if you don’t drive?

I have severe road anxiety and have never driven any vehicle—not even a bicycle. It wasn’t an issue before becoming a mom, but now everyone suggests I get my license for daycare drop-offs, errands, and more independence.

Our baby hasn’t started daycare yet. Both my husband and I work downtown, and the daycare is in our neighbourhood, so we can do pick-up/drop-off on our commute. On my WFH days, I can walk.
