I have an offer of CTC-22 (20fixed+ 2bonus)
My CCTC is 15.5(13.5fixed)

My NP is about to end.
I gave 10-15 company interviews and converted 4 offers. But could get max offer of 22. Though it's a great amount, I see many here who get 25-30lpa offer with same profile.

Plz tell if 22 is fair amount or below avg for 4+ yr exp in analytics domain.

Got an offer at a great company. Ive done this job before but moved away from it because it burnt me out because of the people and it scarred me. I have found out i have ptsd from it and am scared to start the new one. Been working on ptsd thru therapy. I know its a great firm and a great opportunity but my ptsd is bad. Another company last wk reached out same field diff role more chill and behind the scenes and i cant help but think about the easy way out over the challenge and better future.

Generally curious how many companies offer phone reimbursement? My last gig did not but the current one does. Why would a luxury watch brand make/sell connected or smart watches? What is the business reason for it? To me it just kills the brand value. For instance I was a big fan of Montblanc but after I see their smart watch line up I instantly devalued the brand in general. Same for Tag (tag is questionable anyways), or Breitling.
