Moved to a new agency and honestly miss my ex-agency so bad!! I'm getting paid a lot more and the work-life balance has been much better, but my work gets scrutinized way more than I want to here. I am very open to feedback but when copywriters want to give me opinions on what colors to use and the account manager has a say in the visual aesthetics of things, it gets a little frustrating. What is your experience with this? Wondering if this is a 'boutique agency thing'..

I’m asked to work a Throughput report that seems to be off with forecasting. From my understanding we are off by 2,200 being able to ship. I work in Exports for international. Our main system to pull reporting is SAP. Any suggestions what transaction would provide closer accuracy?

I started a company just under 1 year ago. We sell a product via ecom channels and have done ~100K in revenue with a 60% gross margin.
