Hi Fishes, I cleared technical and MCQ round at Accenture. And got a mail stating i have been selected for HR round. Later the same day a hr called and asked me to upload all documents and asked my expected CTC and stuff. Earlier in portal it was showing interviewing , now it shows review or pending and has a message ' we regret to inform that you experience does not align with req, we will contact if anything comes up' , what does this mean. How can they put something like this?

Honestly companies suck at responding back. It took 6 weeks for me to hear back. There’s some candidates I interviewed that take 3-4 weeks to find out as well due to hiring committee process.
I interviewed somewhere last week at noon and had a verbal offer at 915 the next morning. It doesn’t have to take forever. I would probably email Monday morning though, to give them the entire day Friday.
Out if I don’t hear back in a week. Is sending an email this Friday around Noon too soon? Should I wait till Monday?
Thanks everyone, sorry for the late response had to wait for my title change to post. A consulting was weird to me. I think that I’m goin to wait until Monday, I figure patience is a virtue and I might as well give it a full week before I reach out
