Adding on, which bilt card is the best
BILT coupled with an Alaska summit card. Yes you’ll be charged a 3% fee, but you also get 3 pts per dollar, so you end up “buying” points at 1c/pt. These count towards status too, so an easy way to get Oneworld Ruby or Oneworld Sapphire (depending on your rent amount)
A year ago, I would have said 100%. Now there's a hefty spending requirement for you to get points on rent.
Bilt acts as a middle man for you (you're still paying with your ACH, just thru their portal) and if you spend 75% of your rent on their card with non-rent related charges, you get the points for the rent. I don't use them anymore.
Anything out there comparable?
