So- we run Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) for our clients display ads in a feed and corresponding google sheet via Google DoubleClick. My q is- does anyone know what systems out there allow for creating a template that will automatically pull a product image from say Target.com and automatically building the ad & copy without manually making 1000 ads via row for row in the google sheet? I know this is possible but curious if Sizmek or Flashtalking are more common in this type of creative development.
How do you all find freelance opportunities?
I have two years of automotive/aerospace manufacturing experience and am looking for new opportunities. I recently applied to a Solution Engineer - Commercial Manufacturing, Automotive, Energy (MAE) role at Salesforce, and it sounds like a great fit. Is anyone willing to offer me a referral or advice on how to move forward in the hiring process? Salesforce

I feel like the first two years of child-rearing is trying to identify various rashes 😅 Mine would get baby acne, excema, hives, you name it. For excema, baby Eucerin seemed to work pretty good, and very gentle soap in the bath. We did daily baths and lotion in the morning and after bathe time. I also use the Tide Zero detergent.
Baby aveeno lotion for eczema after bath every day. It’s counterintuitive but you also want to bathe baby every day to get the dead skin cells off, and the lotion keeps in moisture
Thanks for the tip!
Oh boy! My 8 year old has chronic eczema. It gets bad and to the point she has had it turn into infections. Dont’t worry that is unlikely. My kid just has it that bad. We saw a pediatric dermatologist and over a year or two we finally got it under control. It is an exhaustive journey.
We narrowed down one by one, each product that was triggering it. This took time. A long time. At the end of the process, it was polyester in her clothing, that caused sweat and triggered eczema, and Laundry detergent.
So, going forward, here are the products see uses on the regular as a preventative and products she uses as a reactive.
Preventative:
1) all free and clear laundry detergent
2) dove free and clear/sensitive BAR SOAP. Not body wash. Has to be bar soap.
3) no poly in her undergarments.
4) Vanicream moisturizing cream OR cera ve moisturizing cream. We stopped using cera ve though because her endocrine system was messed up and she sees endo now. There has been claims certain cera ve products can disrupt the endocrine system. Who really knows how true it is, but we stopped it anyway due to her additional issues.
Reactive - all of the above plus cerave healing ointment and RX steroid Triamcinolone Acetonide
During flares: Baths every morning and night with no soap. Sometimes even after school too.We just let her sit and soak. Pat dry, not rub. Lotion and cream every morning and evening. Her flares are really bad though.
Couple thing to note that work absolute WONDERS, bleach baths or chlorine pools.
You need a solid emollient cream to use. Nothing else.
This has been a process for us, narrowing what her triggers are and what products to use and avoid.
Its much better and thanks. It is hard watching her suffer. It is truly awful rashes. But my advice is to make a list of all products and remove one product at a time keeping the status quo for everything else. Except anything with fragrance remove immediately.Need to narrow it down. Also, you can throw in epsom salt in baths. That helps. Oh also, because of where her rashes presented, she has to wear loose clothing to bed with no underwear during flares. The rashes need to breathe and have airflow. Hope this has helped and you can figure it out.
You could try limiting what you eat to see if her eczema improves. Dairy, wheat, eggs, sesame, etc. good luck!! Could also be environmental. Does your detergent have added scent? Maybe perfume? Has she started daycare? Cleaning products could be the culprit, but likely not as most solvents don’t cause irritation once dry and you’re very likely not leaving your baby on the bare floor or counter…
That’s tough with the temp changes! I myself get eczema in humidity, but moisturizing, like others said, keeps it at bay. Hope it improves quickly!
My daughter’s eczema is a lot like mine so I treat her skin like I do mine. We moisturize multiple times a day with aveeno lotion. For bath time we do not use soap, I use ella ola on her, and dove for me. I do not bathe her every day, bathing too often can irritate the skin. I have humidifiers in the house and never let it get below 40% humidity. Vaseline works wonderfully on flare spots.
Baking soda baths saved us with our baby when they had a rash and avoid any fragrance in your laundry detergent, shampoos, conditioners, or lotions. Your Dr is right that it is an old wives tale that what you eat causes rashes for the babies.

Food can def trigger eczema .. unfortunately not all docs are knowledgeable. Dairy triggers it for my son
