Just don’t change? Define what you want from you career in the next years, maybe depending on the answer you just have to stay where you are
Just sit tight. It just means it’s not the right time. Take care of yourself during this time. Do those doctor appointments, work out, whatever self care makes you feel good. Forget linked in for the next month or two, reconnect with friends and hobbies. Towards mid Feb spruce up your resume and start peeking at roles again.

You def need to know what it is you want so that it can help guide you as a north star. I’ll tell you one thing I’m experiencing lately that maybe you are as well.
When I was trying to break into the industry I was reaching out to EVERY agency. Any of them would have been fine. Years later, I’m now applying but after I finishing typing up an email to a recruiter or CD or something, I realize that I actually don’t want to work there (location, the work itself, etc) and the email never leaves my drafts. It’s just a habit from my student years where I desperately needed my foot in the door. I can be more selective now because leaving a bad situation for a worse one sounds like a nightmare. Deep down I know what I want though, it’s just that I try to cope myself into thinking the negatives and red flags are okay because it is time for me to leave my current place.
