My wife has her joining date extended from Randstad and no joining date has been provided. What are the chances of her offer getting revoked. She has around 1 year of experience in HR. She got to know about this just on the last day of her notice period. She doesnt have any other offer as she didnt expect the joining date to get extended. Randstad. However, the position I was interviewing for (HR partner AWS) is no longer available due to headcount. She's trying to find other suitable roles. YOE : 5.6 yrs
Current package: 5.03lpa( this will get hike letter)
How can I expect from Deloitte because even for freshers they are offering more, so for 5.6 yrs how much can I expect?

My experiences include DB management/data analytics/project management/short period of SWE. Current role is in business side so not SWE, but my day to day jobs are literally only writing SQL/Python and data data data.

I have been working at a large financial company for the past 9 months and am the only contractor on my small team. I am fully integrated into my team and treated more like a FTE in terms of my role and responsibilities. My manager told me he plans to keep extending my contract until he can convert me to FTE, but no timeline has been given.
