My boss is asking every attorney to set a billable goal for the first quarter and asking what he can do to support us. On a scale of 1-10, I'm an ADHD 11 with a healthy dose of anxiety, so I appreciate the offer, but I also know he's a busy guy - I don't know how to respond. He's having a 1-1 meeting with each of us, and I've historically missed my hours, so I have to be prepared to address this seriously. Any suggestions?
