My bosses have been dangling a lead position in front of my face for well over a year and have been underpaying but I always said it's okay reviews coming things will change. But they came up with the most nitpicky reasons I can't be lead and of course with ADHD I can't always hold back emotions so I started to tear up. But I kept it together. And they used that as a reason I can't be lead even though I have trained every customer service agent and I am the only one who knows our systems fully.
