My company just announced they are offshoring our entire AP and AR department to India next month. They told the rest of the finance team that this will free us up for higher-level analysis, but we all know it just means we’ll be spending all day fixing their mistakes. Eventually getting laid off. I’m worried that Senior Accountant roles are next on the chopping block. How are you guys staying indispensable?

Is it bad if I already find myself disliking my job 1 month in? Did anyone feel this way at first and then grow to like what they do?
