Hi Everyone I have joined FIS one month back only, I am just Okay with my current project. I see here everybody is leaving FIS and telling it's not good. I have changed Infosys within 7 months. Now, I don't want to switch this early. Can somebody tell me about the good points, pros in FIS. I really want to change my mindset so that I feel happy here and can give back something to organization.FIS Global

Why limit yourself to no referrals...? The MBA I understand (expensive and time consuming), but there isn't really a reason not to get a referral. Find friends (or friends of friends) or message people on LinkedIn. Referral will get you in the door.
IT audit is not a very valued skillset (outside of more IT audit and compliance type roles). You will need every advantage you can get in order to get out of risk. Highlight your non-compliance/controls work, get referrals through networking, and take time to learn additional skillsets.
I left risk for FP&A, but it took a lot of work and a little bit of luck on top of that. I did not enjoy risk at all so this has been a way better fit for me. For consulting (like financial transformation maybe?), I would consider networking with people within your firm to either (a) explore an internal transfer or (b) at least learn about what you need to do to be successful in the role, which will help you if/when to apply to other firms.
They are smaller companies where my network doesn't have much of a presence. I have been networking with prior colleagues for larger firms!
