My current company has overpaid me two years ago and I voiced this at the time they did it but the company didn’t collect then. Now they want to collect in either full or in six month installment. I don’t have it and it’ll be a financial hardship to break it down to six payments. Can they extend it to more payments? what happens if i decide to leave the company?

Reason: project I was allocated not good and I initially rejected project but they forcefully moved to the project.I have asked multiple times to replace the project after that I have resigned.

Scenario, interviewing a candidate that has great experience for the role however candidate has a lot of tattoos. Nothing crazy or derogatory, would you pass on him/her? Not a customer service job either. Specially manufacturing…. Have you ever passed on a candidate because of tattoos?

I am currently unemployed (but looking) an opportunity to consult has potentially fallen into my lap.
