The hr head and her stooge held these “discussions” 1:1. There was no proper enquiry. They hadmade up their minds. It’s a violation of all employment rules. No1 dares to speak up, even I speaking up once I have found a job. They have these scare tactics Just to fire you. Unless these people at the top leave, please do not join. Save your career

I regret not applying to Harvard. I never thought I’d get into a top school and then got into wharton with a 100k fellowship - which changed my entire perspective. It sucks thinking “what if…”. I just didn’t have the confidence and thought wharton was a reach so why bother with H/S 🙃 hope this inspires someone to just shoot their shot - you never know

My father took a home loan, and the same home is kept as mortgage.
I'm paying arround 22k emi for the same but unable to exempt tax as the loan is on my father's name.

I googled a lot how to transfer it but neither gift deed nor sale deed would work as the property is on mortgage that's under bank's ownership (until loan is fulfilled).
Tax is also getting deducted, I'm paying hefty emis.
