My joining in DI is on 14th April but last day in my current company is 7th May. Initially when I spoke with current company they welcomed my decision to release me early. But now they are asking to serve full time (till May 7th). Can I request now for extension ? Will they provide extension for 3 weeks later ? Please confirm.

I think I read about some kind of process where when an applicant reaches out to a current student or alum for a 1:1 and makes a good impression, the student/alum can send a message to the adcom letting them know? Hi All,

I have a situation in front of me. I got an offer from small company or we could say startup company Uzio (pdt based) and my manager in current company didn't revert back with any retaining offer. It's been a month and 27 days left in np.
My dilemma is that my current team including reporting manager are very rude and not supportive. I don't want to work in this project. But if I join in that startup company, there's a risk as everyone is talking about recession, firing. Suggestions?

I regret choosing Deloitte India over USI, salary is same but i liked the clarity of my leadership team, which is still the same they are awesome, but USI people are getting many benefits, on time Hikes and appraisals, but i don't get all of those, which is kinda depressing.
