My last working day is 14-11-2024,next employer doj is 18-11-2024 ,all three level needs to approve my resignation letter,but two level completed ,HR Head is not approved yet. There are remaining 4 working days,Why HR Head delays ?? I called territory HR manager yesterday,he said HR head will accept your resignation letter within LWD. What should I do now for this concern???
