My neighbor constructed a fence 20 feet onto my property, and the HOA has confirmed it's a violation and instructed them to remove it. I'm seeking advice on what to expect and how to best proceed since it's been over a month and the fence is still there. Should I be patient and let the HOA handle it, or should I be prepared to take independent action, such as seeking legal counsel, if the situation isn't resolved?
