My partner work as a manager in the hospitality industry and finding it difficult to find a new role in our metro area (their current company lost the contract at the site they operate). Any tips on being supportive without being overbearing? They’re applying & keep getting offered interviews for locations well outside of our major metro area. They’re getting very discouraged. My role current role is not one where I can move across the country so they’re extra stressed.
