I am trying jump rope this week.
I might just do that too

I just started lifting this year so I’m still learning but I do full body 3x per week. Every workout I do the “big five” plus rows: squats, deadlifts, bench press, overhead press, assisted pull-ups, and rows

Manager - totally understand! I don’t want to give any advice since I’m not super experienced but would recommend you talk to your doctor and a physical trainer to figure out exercises you’re comfortable with
Cisco - I’m not sure! That’s just how the exercises were explained to me. Maybe someone else in this thread can share a better answer?
Currently I'm doing full body workout 2 to 3 times a week. Caroline Girvan on YouTube is my current favorite. I have a few of her videos saved.
My favorite moves are squats, pullovers , dumbell deadlifts and bent over rows. I have a love/hate relationship with Bulgarian squats
I have to open up to new exercises for sure.

I do upper body, lower body and full body strength training and take classes on my peloton app. So three times per week
I pay some to tell me what to do so I don’t have to think about it . even though I am reasonably knowledgeable I will never know as much as someone doing it all day every day.
I know, but money is an issue for me so so I can’t do that lol
Look into a push pull legs program. You can do it for three days in a row, rest day, three days, rest day. It’s great for strength training.
I’ll take a look into that for sure!
Try splitting your workout by muscle groups:
Push day: chest, triceps and shoulders
Pull day: back and biceps
Leg day: quads and glutes
I’ll try that!
Workout at the gym 4 times a week - leg day, back and biceps day, shoulders tris and abs day. Each body part gets about 2-4 exercises per muscle group. For example shoulders get side lateral raises, overhead press, front raises, face pulls, bent over lateral raise, and upright rows. Legs get calf raises, hamstring curls, straight legged deadlifts, leg extensions, squats, leg press, seated calf raises, weighted walking lunges, band work and so on and so forth. Each exercise about 3 sets of 8-12 depending on what it is. Stretch before and after.
This is old school but if you go on bodybuilding.com it will reach you all the basics of exercising and all the exercises one can do.
