My wife has told me that she doesn't want another winter in Canada. This fall has been mild but she does well in the sun.

As such, I am wondering if there is any fast-track residency for MBA professionals in the United States or Mexico. I have no Spanish but can doing a couple of Duolingo lessons a night to get by if need be.

I think there was an MBA program under the old NAFTa but I am not sure if something similar is still in place.

If I have a valid H1B until May 2025, will the i131 being denied have any impact on me? I need to travel out of country and I know that’ll result in i131 being denied automatically. I have filed for 485 in July 2022 and hopeful that it’ll get approved before my H1B has to be renewed in May 2025. Is there any risk of travel king out of country multiple times on H1B before 485 approval?

I have got an offer for Manager level at a Big 4 in Consulting. People who are 3-4 years juniors at my MBA college are at Manager level and might get promoted sooner than me. Also, a couple of immediate juniors are at Senior Manager level.

I have 2.5 years of experience as a BI consultant primarily working with SQL and Power BI. I feel a little underpaid while currently making $75k.
