Reason - They suspected incorrect HRA claim.
Agreed there was an incorrect HRA claim since both her and I had claimed in our respective companies. Landlord's CA raised feedback on AIS portal, some notification must have gone to the employer. Result -she was fired.
In my view, for her desination/tenure, it was an extreme/unhumane step by the company.

I’m curious how long people were in the peri menopause phase? I’ve read it’s an average of 4 years but I’m curious what people’s experiences are. I believe I am late stage peri menopausal and my periods have been very irregular for the past 9 months ranging 13-60 days between periods.
