Need advice- at a career crossroads and not sure how to proceed. I had a 15+ entertainment marketing career that I was passionate about, but the industry, layoffs and workload burned me out. Received a higher title, pay with a non-profit. Although workload is better , I’m not passionate about it compounded by layoffs and a dismal financial situation at the org. I am not able to take a few months off. How can I figure out my next step and find another career Im passionate about?

Basic 13LPA
FB 7 LPA
Total fix pay - 20 LPA

80c - 1.5 LPA
HRA 3 LPA

Any one please help mi on which tax method will be sutable for me old or new?
