Need advice from anyone familiar with HCL hiring.

I received an offer with lower compensation than discussed. HR later confirmed a revised offer would be released after re-initiating the process (TP2/formality round) and advised me not to accept the current offer, which expires today.

Is this a normal HCL process? Is it safe to let the current offer expire based on HR's advice?

What are the best responses for “a time when you led a team” in a consulting interview, for someone who has not had a managerial position (1 yoe) before? How many billable hours per week is considered at capacity? I’m getting pushback on boundaries I’m setting about additional matters and marketing work from my firm when I’ve been billing 60-75 hours per week for the last 6 weeks, and I’m still behind on my work. I feel like it’s reasonable to not kill myself further to fit in more/turn things around faster at this point, but am I being unreasonable? I expect my workload to remain at this level through the end of the year at least.

Join any dam company in world but dont join lala company HCL. Worked there for 20 days only last yr and 1year later i got my relieving letter after multiple tortures of legal notices for not serving notice period even though when they themselves released me.. from 160k to 0 that i paid them. I could easily sue them for harrasment but i didn't wanted to get involved in useless sh** and waste my time and energy .. BEWARE OF HCL

Is HCL providing WFH setup cost to new joiners?

I've got shortlisted in HCL for ETL testing with 5 YOE. They've sent me a link where I'm supposed to upload all my documents- educational, professional and bank related.

Have cleared HCL interview. Initially they offered 23 lpa (via proposed offer letter, to be approved by L4), but i requested to reconsider it for 25 lpa. After 5 days, they sent final offer letter of 19 lpa (stating they can offer max 50% as per L4 approval).

I don't have any other offer as of now. What should I do?
