Need advice. Joined Accenture with Pune as base location. Requested Gurgaon before joining but HR denied it. First project couldn’t support Gurgaon, rolled me off, and it was marked as a refusal from my side. While on bench, I joined another project after clearly stating I needed Gurgaon. Now PMO says HR may reject my transfer because I wasn’t in Pune during bench and wants me to relocate there first. Any policy or escalation path that can help?Accenture India
