I left my last job without an offer bcoz I was unhappy with the environment.
Whenever the recruiter asks me my reason for leaving,any reason I give,they don't buy into it. Should I say I was impacted by RIF (reduction in workforce) which is not linked to performance?
Because the recruiters and hiring managers are already looking at me with doubt as if I was fired. No matter what reason I give, they are rejecting me.
I have switched 5 companies in 6.5 years which also a red flag.
