While I’ve gained valuable experience, transitioning to BA has been tough. I’m Salesforce certified, learning Jira, and continuously upskilling. Any advice on positioning my experience or finding opportunities? Open to relocation—would appreciate suggestions or leads!

I need some career guidance.
I have 6+ yoe in business intelligence(Qlik), SQL. Self taught python up to oops/pandas/re.
What's the best direction to take my career forward and transition into a better domain if possible?
Should I do some DS/ML or cloud(azure/gcp) courses? If yes, suggest some.
I get calls for python but they demand scraping & webdev(selenium/bs/django/flask) which I have no interest in.
Can someone guide?
Also, what are the best BI roles I can go for & how?

I am done with all round of TCS even started with a negotiation round too. First call HR said we can give you 16lpa including variables. I have tried to go for a fixed 16lpa. And now she says Management only afford 12lpa. Even at the same time she says you deserve 14-15lpa fixed as per market, the mangt can only afford 12lpa. Back to back call from HR. Doc verification started what it means? They have a good budget as far as I know from consultancy.

Ex:6 BA current CTC 8.5.
