Need info/suggestions on what are my options with bad market not looking at seniors (above 19 yrs) with tech stack of Oracle cloud fusion (ERP).

Do I need to make a switch to IC roles if they r willing to offer or learn another SE related tech (like data engg. w python) and try after 2 months?

Right now, out of job for more than a month (gave few interviews based on referrals but none got closed ( Role experience mismatch, too many requirements in a single JD, doubting hands-on skills etc)
