Is there an expectation and would the amount be based on like room rate or just a flat daily per day?

Do Leidos, SAIC, and other mostly-fed consulting businesses pay bonuses to all levels? If so, what does a typical bonus target look like? Booz Allen does not pay bonuses until you get to the Senior Associate level (1 step below Director) and I think that impacts employee performance and work ethic pretty dramatically. I’m wondering if not paying bonuses is common to federal contracting because of how the contracts or priced, or if this is something unique to Booz Allen.

Has anyone switched labs for better lab quality/embryologist experience? Wondering if there is a significant difference between labs. We got poor results at our current clinic and, happens that our clinic is rated lower on SART website. Wondering if the lab quality is the reason or if the clinic handles complicated cases that lead to lower outcomes. Overall, unsure if we should switch clinics or just try again at the current one. I got hired to be the SME on a particular tech platform at my current company. I have more experience on it than my boss does, yet during a code review, he insisted that I delete a section of code that was perfectly functional and shippable and swap in his preferred code. Two hours later, he figured out that the reason why there were more than a few compiler errors in the code was because my code actually worked… smh.
