Need some advice. I got an offer from another company (X), but I'm currently at Company Y. I signed a 2-year bond and gave a cancelled cheque during joining. I've completed 11 months. I joined as an intern, but within 15–20 days I was working on production systems. Is this bond legally enforceable in India, considering they only have a cancelled cheque? Should I stay or accept the new offer? Any similar experiences?

Do (X+Y) ² and then differentiate wrt X and integrate wrt Y. you will get your answer. 😈

Check ur offer letter to see if there is any issue when you break the bond...

like

In most cases they will ask you to pay a certain amount for breaking the bond.

When I joined as a fresher at HCL my bond stated that I will have to pay 1.5L for breaking the bond. This policy and amount varies from company to company

If you feel the offer, company and learning there will be worth it then give it a shot.

You remember (a+b) × ^2 × ()^2?

Just replace a and b with your x and y.
Then you would realize that you get extra 2XY

Inform them that you need to quit this job, give some family reasons, for bond they might ask you to pay some amount. They cant do anything with your canceled cheque, thats only to validate your account number to credit your salary nothing more than this
