Need some advice.

I've been working as a software developer for the past year in a product based health tech startup after graduating in 2025 , handling React Native, React.js, Node.js, AWS, and production projects. Salary is paid on time, but the company does not provide PF benefits.

Is this common in smaller IT companies, or should I consider it a red flag? Would this influence your decision to stay or switch?

I work at a mid tier firm in an audit group of ~20 people. We’ve recently had two seniors and a manager leave, and I just found out another senior with a ton of big jobs is leaving in three weeks. I also just found out I’m being promoted to senior with a raise of 10%. In light of all these departures though, I kind of want to ask for more.... should I? And what % raise is appropriate? Any insight appreciated!

Its weird that EY is calling themselves providing exceptional experiences, but keep sending Return to Office email on Friday and ruin our mood. What leadership is gonna achieve by sacrificing employee flexibilities and spoiling their happiness, it can ultimately lead to resignation and loss of great talents.
