Need some career advice from experienced folks.

I currently have two offers:

- PwC AC Bangalore – 11.66 LPA + 1 lakh joining bonus+600 perday shift allowance

- Globant – 16.2 LPA fixed Role is .NET Developer
I understand both are service-based companies, but I’m trying to evaluate:
- pwc is very good brand. Where as globant is premium service based company.
But I have to attend the client interview after joining in globant.

Is Saturday working for ICICI Software Dev team?

Does consultant specialist come under AVP role in hsbc technology?

Just getting little depressed after being rejected from interview. Anyone else has the same feeling.Could have done better.

Are there any open positions for associates? I am a recent grad and have 1 year of ERP consulting experience (based in FL, but work remote). I am open to any role and would love suggestions. Thanks!

I got selected in Infosys and offer was about to get release today but at last minute suddenly today infy HR told I was interviewed 5 months 20 days before in infosys so they cannot proceed now as 6 months cool off period. I am AWS cloud architect with 10yoe. For just 10 days difference they are stopping my offer even when I can join immediately in a week.. Please help in this situation what to do

Hi, just wondering how the staffing situation has been in strategy consulting in general? My sibling started a job in strategy in Silicon Valley 2 months ago after MBA. She has been on the bench for 2 months and was informed that there has been a shortage of jobs (within the job) and the amount of people on the bench is getting high. She has been under a lot of stress although she had many great networking calls with people. I wanted to help but can't identify what she can improve on.

Does Globant terminates the employment of certain trainees after their probation(3 Months) based on their performance in the training period? Some of the fresher trainees were laid off this morning without giving a notice or reason.

We were told that the probation period is a training period & not an elimination one. It was shocking as a few of those trainees were actually good.

Who all started hating Globant India…. Because of stupid..idiotic studio culture

For new joiners…. You have to slog in project….but in appraisal only a**licking of studio leadrs is considered…
