Need some help and advice. Here I am agai three great interviews,last one was Wednesday of last week with the ownership! Three great follo ups, professional, and then personal touches like you would not believe from me. It’s now Monday and I’m driving myself insane. Why? Haven’t heard anything. The rational part of me says it took a few days to get each interview set up. It’s a fairly lofty role and I know that those take more time to kind of configure. What do I do? Follow up?

6.5 ctc + 1lakh first anniversary bonus.

2) Fractal analytics:- Role(Imagineer :- on trainingit would depend on what technology you'll work in data science) 7.5 ctc + 3 lakh joining bonus.

Please don't ignore this and help me to choose the right decision.

Is it crazy to leave my job at EY to take a lower paying position in industry? I'm a recently promoted tax manager making about 140k. I've been considering going to industry for a while, gotten a couple offers, but they're all pretty low (<$120k). Honestly, the $20k difference isn't that much, but I've also been considering taking job that pay maybe $90k and doing work on the side (my own "firm"). Although the policy relates to me, the name of the policyholder is my dad and I would like to change it to me but keep the same beneficiaries. Is it possible to transfer from him to me? (This policy relates to my death btw)

My AD told me he's jealous I can write and wishes he can write. He said drawing is easy and anyone can do it. I don't think writing is easy but I think anyone can do it. What do you think?
