I have 2 offers:

Company A – 23.5 LPA (incl. 12% variable), no client round direct project will be allocated
Company B – 25 LPA fixed, but joining is first and client round happens later.

My concern: if I don’t clear the client round in Company B, what usually happens?

What would be the safer/better move here? Please help. My joining is on 1st June .Also, I have never worked in a client-facing/client-based setup before, so I’m a bit unsure about how this usually works.

Got an offer from Kantar Consulting to work on their retail/cpg product.
Currently working with IBM with 10+ yoe having joined IBM 10 months back. Currently at 25 lpa and getting an offer of 32 fixed+15% variable.

Now my question is - Is it worth the gamble to leave IBM and join Kantar consulting which btw is known for market research and not consulting.
Also would leaving IBM after 1 year look bad on CV?
