AP is right. It’s none of their business. So long as you’re paying your mortgage on time, they’ll never know. Transfer the property into an LLC, rent it out, and pay your mortgage on time.

After you have lived there for 1 year - you don't need to report jackshit with what you are doing with your property. Please know the rules before giving them info that they don't need.
