I booked a trip from NYC->Singapore with Krisflyer miles for next year. I need to change the reservation to be NYC->Bangkok but with a stop over in Singapore. Any Bridge Engineers/Structural Engineers in here? I got my PE this year and have 5 YOE in TX + an MS. What sort of raise would you expect for receiving your PE working in a consulting firm? I am EOR on a number of structures in development, I manage EITs and Drafters (within projects; I'm not a supervisor), and am doing a lot in general. I'm at 78k currently, which is apparently still in the upper range of EIT salaries per a job posting in CO. I'm thinking of 15% (5% merit, 10% PE). Any ideas?

Anyone ever negotiate an amicable exit from a startup? The context: been working for an 8-year old unicorn startup. Been there for close to 1.5 years. The culture is terrible. The CEO is a paranoid psychopath. My role changed immediately after I accepted the offer. I was setup for complete failure. No support. Absent leadership. Zero resources to get anything done. I’m done, not worth my mental health. But don’t want to walk away with nothing. Can exits be negotiated? Is this common?
