Not a RE professional, but I'm not sure where else I might ask this question. I was going thru my mail & my 4th grader wanted to help; they accidentally opened a piece of mail meant for my LL (we have the same last name). It's a bill from the HOA with charges for assessments, atty liaison fees, & late fees of $15k over 2 years. Checked the county records & no sign of unpaid property taxes or litigation involving the LL. How concerned should I be? I have a lease thru June 2024. Live in TX.

Not much to worry about. The HOA may ask you to start paying them rent but the governing documents would have to give them the power to do that. The only thing that can snuff out a lease is a foreclosure, but any landlord buying the property would likely want to keep you on as tenant for the rental income. On a scale of 1-10, you should be a 2, where 10 is extremely concerned.

Hello Fishes,
One query, I have received an offer letter from Wipro (Career Group: C1) with package of 28 LPA, out of which INR 420000 is allocated as 'Variable Pay' which will be paid on quarterly basis'. Need to know how much % would generally be paid out? Is it 100% or less as per the individual/organization performance.

Hello fishes,

What will be the inhand salary per month.
