Currently making $80k, no bonus in a HCOL with mixed growth opportunity.

Have 1 yoe CRE, 1 yoe analyst pension consulting, and 3 yoe business development.

Just got an offer from Facebook. Seemed a tad low to me, but the recruiter is not budging. FB fish, is the offer fair?

Role: Data Science, Manager 1
Base: 180k
Bonus: 20%
RSU: 60k per year (240k total), vesting quarterly
TC: 276k

I am looking to make a career change to HR. I currently make 75K as a sales and development coach. I had a recent offer for a state government position in a talent acquisition role but I’d be taking a $25K pay cut. I am extremely over qualified for the position but it could possibly be a stepping stone and gives me the time to acquire SHRM certifications and possibly start taking classes to get my MBA.
