Advertising has been veiled as art for years. Reality is, it is not, but It should at least be entertaining, which I don’t think it’s that either. The influencer audience is a strange breed.

As a gen z person, kids will always gravitate to the cringe and stupid (for me it was "Youtube Poops", a term for comedic video editing of a source or multiple sources, and old flash cartoons)

I'm not saying that kids and other young people don't deserve quality entertainment-- Its mainly just the lack of parental care and simply wanting to throw your kid in front of a screen as early as possible with zero regard for their cognitive development that ticks me off more than if something is "cringe" or not.

I have thought about making my own educational short videos, but the youtube kids market is so saturated with slop that it wouldn't be worth the uphill battle

Hi folks, Can Infosys offer 12lpa? My current ctc at TCS is 8.2lpa with 2+ yoe. I have applied for java, spring boot in infosys and have cleared technical interview.
Considering above facts can i ask for 12 and most importantly will they be able to give me 12lpa?
Also should i resign from TCS if i get the offer from infosys

1099 or w-2 ? I have been given the option though the company prefers w-2. It’s a day rate booking couple of months or more (no end date).
