Yes it's known that they are being investigated , but not sure what agency is investigating them. There are allegations that they hire new immigrants to set up fake labor law claims

Apparently Gorayeb is as well. Not going to lie, I had a few cases from other plaintiff firms when I was on the defense side where they had ambulance records of finding someone outside a site, then the GC having conclusive proof the plaintiffs supposed employer was never on site, much less the plaintiff themselves
