O9 is a fly-by-night company that totally runs on the whims of its managers. Experienced it firsthand.

They don't have mature processes nor ethics and even Managers are pretty dumb.

They are relying solely on funding from their VCs. Once, the bubble bursts and VC pull off, they'll be bankrupt.

A successful IPO is a dream which will never come true for them.

Do not think of O9 as a long-term company, but use it to get a big salary hike and monkey branch off to a better company.

It's been 3 week with CTS (cognizant). After HR discussion HR said wait for offer letter but no offer letter yet.

According to the new Wage Rules, are companies giving Basic Salary as 50% of fixed Pay? Should we ask HR of our current company or the next company to actually do the same? Or the rule isn't a mandate and it's upon companies to follow it ?
