Biden isn't aggressive but if he were he would significantly cut the amount of vaccine going there and send it to places that are actually trying to contain things. It's Texas's choice to open up, but send any federal resources elsewhere.

Accounting for population density, Texas deaths per million residents and cases per million residents is horrendous.

If you look at his ulterior motive, he may be trying to kill more blue Texans to suppress votes. Minorities are the most susceptible to CoVId19. He is fully capable of this enacting this lowlife strategy.
