I'd call it bright red with a flicker of pink lol. Four failed hires suggests deeper issues like maybe unclear expectations, poor onboarding, or bad leadership. If you’re aligned and truly confident in your fit, it might work, but I’d dig hard into why those others didn’t last before signing anything.
That seems like an odd thing to tell someone. But if you think they're being honest, it seems like they have a huge problem matching people with positions. Or, they are just never going to be satisfied with whoever is in that role. If they offer you the job that would be something to be concerned about, the idea that their expectations are somehow misaligned with reality.
They said that the goal is "zero errors" 😂
I’m leaning in the middle, a coral flag if you will. Some people really are just that bad when they come into a job, even after somehow putting up a good front during the interview. It’s definitely not instilling confidence in me, but I’d almost just be curious what the big deal is and want the job for that!
It’s weird they are telling you this so maybe it’s transparency? I suppose you could have bargaining chips then for a good offer - just be on Alert when you start and if things go down, be prepared to leave in a year
